Curb those tenacious summer appetites by keeping your cool next to the summer spread. Here are a few summer tips to help you battle the BBQ pit and eat right all summer long.
1. Just keep blending!

3. Don't stop working out.
When you eat foods that aren't necessarily good for you, the motivation to maintain other healthy lifestyle habits, like meditation, yoga, or working out, can wane. But don't let it! Even though one healthy habit won't cancel out an entire cheat day, working out can keep you more motivated in the long run, and seeing how much you sweat, burn, and ache during a tough workout can be just the thing you need to put you back on track.
Plus, the weather is beautiful! Go for a run outside, hit the beach for some volleyball, or visit your local park for a fun spin on your typical workout. If it's too hot outside, the gym will be nice and chilly — no excuses!
