Ingredients
- 3 cup Butternut Squash, raw – peeled and cut, with tips and seeds removed
- 1/4 cup Water
Directions
- Steam or boil squash until very soft and tender.
- Cool squash completely.

- Purée until you have achieved the proper smoothness.
