- 1 cupTofu – medium or soft
- 1/4 tspLemon Juice
- 1/8 tspThyme – optional
- 1/2 cupSpinach
Directions
- Add all the ingredients in the Batchbowl.
- Blend until they reach the desired consistency. Keep some texture by pulsing the mix of ingredients.
- Refrigerate in the Date Dial Cups or freeze in the Freezer Tray.
